The products sold are, in most cases, imported from China and stored in external logistics centers that handle packaging and delivery.

Product images are for informational purposes only, and there may be minor differences in color, packaging, or appearance compared to the delivered product, without affecting its functionality.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON (Romanian Lei) and include VAT, where applicable.

Delivery costs may be displayed separately and are communicated to the Client before completing the order.

TOMPEA CARMEN-MIMI PFA reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of placing the order.

6. Placing and Confirming the Order

Orders are placed exclusively online, by filling out the order form available on the website.

After placing the order, the Client may be contacted by phone for confirmation. Lack of phone confirmation may lead to order cancellation.

The order becomes firm upon phone or electronic confirmation by TOMPEA CARMEN-MIMI PFA.

7. Product Delivery

Products are delivered through partner courier companies, within Romania.

The delivery term is indicative and may vary depending on product availability, Client location, or other logistical factors.

TOMPEA CARMEN-MIMI PFA is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure situations.

8. Payment Methods

Payment for products is primarily made cash on delivery, upon receipt of the package by the Client.

The Client is obliged to pay the value of the products upon receipt.

9. Right of Withdrawal

According to GEO no. 34/2014, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating any reasons, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must send a written request to the email address: valvero135@gmail.com.

Return costs are borne by the Client, except in cases where the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, without signs of wear, in their original packaging.

The refund for the product's value will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return.

11. Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal conformity guarantee, according to current legislation.

In case of non-conforming products, the Client has the right to repair, replacement, or refund, according to law.

12. Liability

TOMPEA CARMEN-MIMI PFA is not liable for:

  • improper use of products;

  • incorrect information provided by the Client;

  • any operating errors of the website;

  • indirect damages or loss of profit.

13. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out according to the Privacy Policy, available on the website.

14. Disputes

Any dispute arising between the Client and TOMPEA CARMEN-MIMI PFA will be resolved amicably. Otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the Romanian courts.
